Inspection of the landscaping and watering
system

Inspection of exterior windows, screens,
HVAC, patio and doors.

Check exterior for nesting birds and other
animals

Disposal of flyers and newspapers

Run Dishwasher through a light cycle and
check for leaks

Run Washing Machine through a light cycle
and check for leaks

Plug/unplug refrigerator and check for
leaks from the ice machine
-
Unplug all TV’s Audio Equipment and small
appliances
-
Run water in kitchen sink and check for
leaks
-
Run garbage disposal and check for leaks
-
Checks lights and ceiling fans, change
light bulbs if necessary

Adjust any light (lamp) security timers
-
Check thermostat and documents
temperature, adjust temperature if necessary

Run water in sinks in all bathrooms and
check for leaks
-
Flush all toilets and check for leaks
-
Run all showers and/or tubs and check for
leaks
-
Open all windows and air out house
-
Close all windows and make sure they are
secured
-
Change AC filter if necessary
-
Test smoke detector, change battery if
necessary
-
Check water heater, adjust temperature if
necessary

Check pool and/or spa for cleanliness and
pump for leaks

Fill water buckets if necessary
-
Take photo and email image with report and
invoice
